🚧 Bank connection and email import are coming soon — not yet live.
CapyCents today is a self-contained budget app where you log expenses yourself. When automatic import ships, we’ll announce it on the waitlist.

We aim to reply within a few business days. When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened.
Frequently asked
Is CapyCents safe to connect to my bank?
Bank connection is coming soon — it isn’t live yet. When it ships, it will use regulated Open Banking (PSD2) and be read-only: CapyCents will be able to see transactions but can never move money. You’ll log in with your bank’s own secure flow, so we never see your bank credentials, and you’ll be able to revoke access any time. Join the waitlist to hear when it’s ready.
Which banks are supported?
Automatic bank connection isn’t available today. When the feature launches, it will support 2,700+ banks across the EU/EEA and UK through our Open Banking partner. Until then, you log expenses yourself — join the waitlist and we’ll let you know the moment bank connection goes live.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data, we show no ads, and we never train AI on your finances. See the Privacy Policy.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → “Export my data” for a CSV; Settings → “Delete my account” to erase everything. Full instructions on the Delete your data page.
My bank stopped syncing — why?
Bank syncing isn’t live yet, so there’s nothing to reconnect today. Once it ships, Open Banking authorisations will expire every 90 days by regulation (a PSD2 requirement), and you’ll simply re-authorise from within the app when that happens. If you have questions in the meantime, email us.
I have a GDPR / privacy request.
Email faustogengaalfaro@gmail.com and we’ll handle it. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
